Introduction to the talentsconnect home

The talentsconnect home is the area of your company where you can edit the jobs in your JobShop and view its data & analytics. In addition, you have the option to design your landing page using our homepage editor. 

You will receive access to your talentsconnect home from us by email once we have activated it for you.

Currently, the talentsconnect home is divided into the following areas:

• Home
• Overview
• Data & Analytics
• Jobs
• Homepage Editor
• Knowledge & Service

The individual areas are briefly explained below.

Home

On the home page of your talentsconnect home, you'll find an overview of all your company's existing JobShops. In the overall overview, you can see your key metrics from the Data & Analytics area for all your JobShops, and under the Knowledge & Service area you'll get helpful tips and information on how to further improve your recruiter experience.

Overview

Clicking on a JobShop takes you to the overview. The overview shows you at a glance some information about your JobShop, such as the title, status, the URL under which your JobShop can be reached, and also the current performance of the three most important metrics.

In addition, a button lets you create a new job directly from here. 

You'll also find our latest updates on JobShop and the talentsconnect home. This way, you'll always stay up to date.

Data & Analytics

The "Data & Analytics" area shows you data, benchmarks, and recommendations for action regarding the performance of your JobShop. Here you can see how users behave in the JobShop.

Jobs

The "Jobs" page in the talentsconnect home is your central hub for jobs in your JobShop. Here, all currently published and also inactive jobs are displayed together with their most important properties in a clear table. From here, you can also create new jobs or edit existing ones.

Page Manager

The Page Manager allows you to independently customize the homepage of your JobShop. 

The editor can be opened via the new "Page Manager" menu item at the JobShop level in the talentsconnect home. It is possible to customize the homepage individually for each JobShop.
