When candidates are directed from job boards or multiposters straight to an external ATS form or another careers page – instead of through the JobShop – important data is lost. You can no longer track which channel is actually performing.
⚠️ Important: Many third-party providers such as Indeed or LinkedIn prefer to keep traffic on their own platform. That is why it is especially important to clearly communicate the benefits of the JobShop and to configure the correct technical settings.

What is the Offer Redirect?
The Offer Redirect is a feature that makes it possible to link to a specific job in the JobShop using a generic link – without knowing the exact job page URL. You simply append the external job ID to a standard link:

With talentsconnect's Fast Application, candidates can apply directly through the JobShop – without being redirected to an external ATS form. This keeps the entire application journey within the JobShop.
- Make sure that the Fast Application is activated for your jobs (setting in talentsconnect Home).
- All external job listings link to the Offer Redirect link – not to an ATS-internal form.
- Test the application process yourself once to make sure the Fast Application is being called up correctly.
ℹ️ Tip: The Fast Application reduces mandatory fields to a minimum, which significantly increases the application rate.
Linking your own careers page
All job links on your own company website should also point to the JobShop.
