This integration allows you to benefit from a seamless and clear application process: efficient communication and management of your applicants in d.vinci, combined with a conversion-optimized candidate journey in the talentsconnect JobShop. A true win-win situation for your recruiting!

Whether you are in the onboarding phase for one of the systems or want to make adjustments to the existing integration or connection – this page summarizes all technical details and options to support you in the best possible way.

Setting Up the Job Interface

To import all jobs into the JobShop from the d.vinci system, you will first need the job feed URL in JSON format, which you can retrieve via the d.vinci application portal. To do this, open your "Application Portals" from the menu and select the portal for your homepage. On the right-hand side, you will find the job feed URL under "Interface".

You can simply provide the job feed URL in your selected language to your responsible onboarding manager at talentsconnect.

The data will then be read out automatically and is typically configured by the talentsconnect team during the onboarding phase.

Should you change the system URL of the applicant management in d.vinci at a later point in time, the URL of the job feed will also change. Please inform us of this in good time so that we can update the URL for importing all jobs into the JobShop accordingly.

Setting Up the Application Interface

In order to use the Fast Application feature of the JobShop, it is first necessary to activate the application import function in d.vinci. A detailed guide on how to activate this can be found here.

Together with your onboarding manager, you will also define the required input fields for the Fast Application. The input fields that candidates see when applying must match the data fields configured in d.vinci so that all applications can be processed without any issues.

When making changes or additions to the application form in d.vinci, you should always contact talentsconnect support as well, so that your requested changes can also be implemented in the JobShop or in the Fast Application configured for you.

Mandatory fields in d.vinci must also be required in the Fast Application and therefore must always be submitted.

More details on configuring the application form in d.vinci can be found here.

FAQ

Below we provide answers to frequently asked questions that are relevant when connecting the JobShop with d.vinci.

What other content from the job listing in d.vinci is additionally transferred for displaying jobs in the JobShop?

  • In addition to standard content such as the job description, job title, location, etc., the contact person can also be imported directly from d.vinci into the corresponding content module in the JobShop. The first name, last name, phone number, and email address of the contact person for the respective job can be imported. Additional information about the contact person, such as a photo, is added directly in the JobShop. All other job content is edited and expanded directly in the JobShop.

How can the sources from the JobShop be passed to d.vinci via the application interface?

  • In order for the initial sources of applicants to be visible on each application in the applicant management system in d.vinci, the sources captured by the JobShop can also be transmitted via the application interface. The sources in the stored notation (internal name) from d.vinci should be provided to the responsible onboarding manager at talentsconnect in list form. You can find these in the master data in your d.vinci system. The sources will then be stored in the same way in the talentsconnect interface configuration.
  • For the source to be read out in the JobShop, it is necessary that the source is always part of the URL through which candidates are redirected from a platform to the JobShop.
  • The following URL tracking parameters are supported:
    • utm_source (e.g. ?utm_source=STEPSTONE)

    • ctc (e.g. ?ctc=STEPSTONE)
