Introduction to the Recruiting Home

The Recruiting Home is the area of your company where you can edit the jobs in your JobShop and view its data & analysis. You will receive an access to your Recruiting Home by e-mail as soon as we have activated it for you.

Currently the Recruiting Home is divided into the following areas:

• Overview
• Data & Analyses
• Jobs
• Homepage Editor
• Knowledge & Service

The individual areas are briefly explained below.

Home

On the start page of your Recruiting Home, you will find an overview of all your company's existing JobShops. You can see your main key figures from the Data & Analysis section of all your JobShops in the general overview and get helpful tips and information on how you can improve your recruiter experience in the Knowledge & Service section.

Overview

Clicking on a JobShop takes you to the overview. The overview shows you some information about your JobShop at a glance, such as the title, status, the URL at which your JobShop can be reached and the current performance of the three most important key figures.

In addition, a button allows you to create a new job directly from here.

Data & Analyses

The "Data & analyses" section shows you data, benchmarks and recommendations for action on the performance of your JobShop. Here you can see how users behave in the JobShop.

You will also find our latest updates on JobShop and the Recruiting Home. This way you will always be up to date.

Jobs

The "Jobs" page in the Recruiting Home is your central contact point for jobs in your JobShop. Here, all currently published and inactive jobs are displayed together with their most important properties in a clearly arranged table. From here you can also create new jobs or edit existing ones.

Homepage Editor

The Homepage editor allows you to customize the start page of your JobShop. 

The editor can be opened via the new menu item "Homepage editor" on the JobShop level in the Recruiting Home. It is possible to customize the homepage for each JobShop.
