The new Monthly Report

Modified on Wed, 7 Aug at 9:45 AM

The Monthly Report is a new essential dashboard for recruiters that replaces the Executive Summary report. This dashboard provides valuable insights and trends based on your candidates' performance and interactions over the past months, helping you make informed decisions and optimize your recruitment strategy.

The Monthly Report Dashboard is designed to give you a clear and concise view of your recruitment performance. Use the insights and trends provided to optimize your job postings, improve conversion rates, and ultimately achieve better hiring outcomes.

When is the Dashboard Shown?

The Monthly Report is available for all active JobShops, however, certain parts are displayed only when the following criteria are met:

  • Visitors: At least one user every month for the last four months.

  • Clicks on Apply/Applications: At least one click on apply or application submission in the last four months.

  • Job Performance: At least two different active jobs which had more than two users each in the last month

  • Channel Performance: At least eight different channels with at least two sessions each for the last month

If your JobShop does not meet these criteria, the respective parts of the report will be hidden.

Dashboard Filters

The first version of the dashboard includes a single filter to choose the month. The data can display insights for at least four months and up to twelve months before the selected month. If your JobShop has fewer than twelve months of data, only the available months will be shown.

Top Insight

At the top of the page, you will find a personalized top insight. This insight is selected from a set of job insights and highlights a notable aspect of your job postings.

Visitors, Conversion Rate, and Conversions

This section includes:

  • Generated Insights: These are dynamically created text insights based on the core metrics: trend over the full period (positive, negative or neutral) and trend in the last month. These insights help to interpret the displayed metrics.

  • Chart: A bar chart showing metrics for the last 4 to 12 months.

  • Core Metrics: A card displaying key metrics such as overall trend (the average relative changes over the full period, values between -5% and 5% are hidden), last period trend, and specific metric changes.

Jobs Performance

This section is focused on the performance of the job offers for the selected month and is designed to focus your attention only on the most notable postings that require your attention. Jobs are clustered into four groups based on user activity and conversion rates:

  • Best Performing Jobs: High traffic and high conversion rate.

  • Jobs with Low Conversion: High traffic but low conversion rate.

  • Hidden Gems: Low traffic but high conversion rate.

  • Undeveloped Jobs: Low traffic and low conversion rate.

Each cluster includes a table with job details, user interactions, applications or clicks on apply, and conversion rates.

Channel Performance

This section have personalized recommendations on cost efficiency as channels that require further optimization are highlighted. Channels are categorized into:

  •  Top performing channels: Channels that brought the most sessions and had notably high conversion rate.

  • Hidden Gems: Channels that have a high conversion rate but are not among the topic sources by the number of sessions

  •  Channels with low conversion: Popular channels with low conversion rates that could be optimised

Each category includes a table with channel details, user sessions, applications or clicks on apply, and conversion rates.

Understanding Trends

A trend is considered significant if there is a notable positive or negative change in the overall metrics. Trends help you understand the performance of your job postings and recruitment channels over time, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.
