Definitions:
Conversion rate
Percentage of users who have completed a desired action (conversion). The main goal of the JobShop is successful applications, therefore the Macro Conversion Rate expresses the proportion of all users who have applied. The micro conversions are the steps along the way: viewing a job and clicking on Apply.
Number of users who visited the JobShop
Total number of users who visited the JobShop.
Number of users who viewed a job
Number of users who visited a job detail page in the JobShop.
Users who clicked on Apply
Number of users who clicked on the Apply button. This includes both clicks on the Apply button that trigger the opening of the Fast Application and clicks on the Apply button that trigger a redirect to an application form on an external site.
Users with submitted applications
Number of users with successfully submitted applications using the JobShop Fast Application.
