Applicants can send the following document types in applications via our FastApplication (FA) in the JobShop:
Word (.docx):
The file extension ".docx" is the standard format for documents created with Microsoft Word. It is a word processing format that saves text formatting, images, graphics and other elements in a document. Word documents are often used for creating reports, letters and other written materials.
Excel (.xlsx):
Files with the extension ".xlsx" are spreadsheet files created by Microsoft Excel. These files contain tables with cells that can contain text, numbers and formulas. Excel is often used for organizing, analyzing and calculating data, including financial data, statistics and more.
PDF (Portable Document Format):
The Portable Document Format, or PDF for short, is a platform-independent file format developed by Adobe. PDF files can display text, images, graphics and other elements in a consistent layout. They are widely used for sharing documents as they retain their appearance regardless of the operating system or software.
JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group):
The file extension ".jpg" refers to the JPEG format, which was developed for the compression of images. JPEG is particularly suitable for photographic images. It enables efficient compression, allowing image files to be kept relatively small while maintaining acceptable image quality.
GIF (Graphics Interchange Format):
GIF is a file format for graphics that supports both static and animated images. The files have the extension ".gif". GIFs are known for their ability to display animations and have been widely used on social media and the internet for short, repetitive animations.
TXT (Plain Text):
The file extension ".txt" stands for plain text files. These contain unformatted text and usually do not contain any formatting such as fonts or colors. Text files can be opened with a variety of text editors and are often used for simple notes, programming code or configuration files.
As our system converts the listed documents into a PDF, it is unfortunately not possible to send other file types as attachments.
