This article describes how to create a support ticket.
After logging into the Recruiting Home, there is a blue "Support" button in the bottom right corner:
Clicking on the button opens an overlay in which you can either search the knowledgebase for the answer to the question on a corresponding topic. A first selection of articles is also displayed.
If the answer cannot be found, it is also possible to contact talentsconnect AG's technical support directly by selecting "Contact us":
In the following interface, the subject and the request must be entered and can then be sent.
The technical support team will review the issue as soon as possible and get back to you with a response.
