What is VONQ?
VONQ is a recruitment marketing platform that allows you to automatically distribute job listings across over 2,500+ job boards, social media channels, and niche sites. The integration into talentsconnect Home is based on the VONQ Hiring API (HAPI).
How does multiposting with VONQ work?
Which job boards can I post to?
You have access to over 2,500 job boards and channels worldwide – including international platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed as well as local and industry-specific job boards.
What is “Bring Your Own Contract” (BYOC)?
If you already have existing framework contracts with job boards (e.g. with StepStone or LinkedIn), you can register them directly in
talentsconnect Home from April 2026. Your existing quotas will then be used directly from talentsconnect Home – you no longer need to manually log in to each platform.
Note: A small processing fee may applies for BYOC. Contact your Customer Success Manager to set up your contracts.
How long does it take until my listing is live?
The processing time depends on the respective job board. Some channels go live within minutes, while others may take up to several business days – especially when setting up a new account on a job board for the first time.
Tip: The estimated processing time will soon also be displayed directly in the shopping cart before booking.
What statuses can my campaign have?
After booking, you can see the current status of each channel in your campaign in talentsconnect Home:
- Pending – The listing is being prepared and set up.
- Online – The listing is active on the job board.
- Ended – The listing duration has expired.
Can I end a running campaign early?
Yes. If you want to take a campaign offline before the duration expires, please contact the VONQ Customer Support Team. Provide the company name and the job title.
Can I view a completed campaign afterwards?
Yes, you can view an existing campaign under "Promoted Jobs".
How can I use tracking links for my VONQ campaign?
You can modify UTM parameters (Campaign & Medium) directly during booking for each channel. This allows you to evaluate the performance of each job board separately in your analytics tool.

What influences the budget of my campaign?
The budget depends on various factors: the selected job board, the duration, the job category, and the region. VONQ displays the prices transparently before booking.
How do I get support for questions about my VONQ campaign?
For technical questions or issues with a running campaign, you can reach the VONQ Support Team via the Help Center (
https://hapisupport.vonq.com/hc/en-us). Please create a
support ticket and provide the company name and the affected job.
Are my applications automatically transferred to talentsconnect Home?
Yes. Applications received through VONQ channels are automatically transferred to your recruiting funnel in talentsconnect Home. If FastApplication is in use, this even includes fully submitted applications.
