Getting help where help is needed
When recruiters have potential questions or problems, they come across them while using the Recruiting Home. To make it easier to get help in such moments, we have integrated the Freshdesk widget.
Freshdesk is our support software that we use for our knowledge base and to process support tickets. The widget allows recruiters to search the knowledge base within the Recruiting Home and even write a support ticket directly, with the added ability to take a screenshot of the current page.

What's new?
- A small "Support" widget has been added to all pages of the Recruiting Home.
- It is visible in the bottom right corner and can be opened by clicking on it.
- Recruiters can use it to search our knowledge base or write a support ticket directly
