The new sharing feature in JobShop Workspace
Recruiters can now easily and quickly create so-called tracking links for their recruiting channels and campaigns to share the job. Using the individual links for each channel and job, they can then track how well individual channels and campaigns are performing even better in the Data & Analytics section and in conjunction with the new "Channel Performance" dashboard.
This not only saves time in sharing and creating otherwise "complicated" tracking links, but also saves money. Because knowing which channels actually bring candidates into the JobShop makes it worth spending money on them - and only then.

What's new?
When recruiters publish a new job, they are automatically notified and motivated to share the job directly on various channels, so that they can start acquiring candidates directly.
For each job that has already been published, the sharing function can also be accessed via the list view of all jobs or in the job itself, so that it is always available individually for each job.
Preset channels for direct sharing are as follows:
If recruiters want to share directly via one of the above-mentioned channels, they simply have to log in to the corresponding platform. The preview of the post then appears immediately. The post can then be enriched with additional text - and that's it!
Alternatively, each link can simply be copied to the clipboard via a button.
The globally used Google standard UTM is used for the parameters that can be evaluated later in tracking.
- For the defined channels, the so-called UTM source is automatically set for the recruiters (e.g. for LinkedIn the value is "linkedin").
- In addition, the so-called UTM campaign parameter can be added for various campaigns.
For the creation of trackling links of further channels, an individual link to the job can be created, which is composed of the information of the UTM source and the UTM campaign.
In addition, recruiters can also generate links to jobs, which then immediately open the Fast Application for candidates. For this purpose, an additional parameter is added to the job URL. This is particularly recommended if candidates have already been able to view the job description in full on one of the channels used - fewer clicks, more conversion.
For all recruiters who have little experience with tracking links, helpful tips on naming the parameters are given, so that little understanding is assumed here as well. Recruiters are given examples and are guided through the process of entering the UTM parameters.
How does this help you save money and time as a recruiter?
Save valuable time.
Creating tracking links requires little prior knowledge. You are directly motivated to share and can easily share your jobs on other platforms without technical knowledge and without having to resort to external sites.
Save money.
The more jobs with identifiable tracking links used, the more information can be shown in the data & analytics on the channels. This way you can see where you can save money because channels may have low traffic and provide you with too few or bad candidates. The result: more focus on the channels that lead to success.
