The JobShop consists of three main levels:
Level: LandingPage
Landing pages are used to target potential applicants and present them with information about job openings and the employer brand. Here are some of the main purposes and benefits of landing pages in your JobShop:
- Applicant attraction: Landing pages can be used to pique the interest of qualified candidates and encourage them to apply for open positions. By focusing on a specific position or job category, landing pages can target those interested in those specific roles.
- Showcase employer brand: Landing pages allow companies to showcase their employer brand and culture. They can highlight the benefits and incentives associated with working for the company, such as flexible hours, career development opportunities, company values, and employee benefits. This piques the interest of potential applicants and allows the company to position itself as an attractive employer.
In summary, landing pages provide a targeted and engaging way to reach out to potential applicants, provide category information, and showcase the employer brand. They help companies effectively attract and recruit talented professionals.
Level: Category
The category level provides a comprehensive overview of the various job categories and provides information on each individual category. Specific content that relates to the entire category can be presented here to give applicants an insight into the wide range of employment opportunities within each area.
Jobs that belong to each category are clearly listed at this level. Applicants can get a quick overview of the open positions in the various categories. The categorization of the jobs makes it easier to search for the desired positions.
In addition, the category level also enables seamless transition to the individual job ads. When applicants click on a specific category, they are taken to a listing of available jobs in that category.
The purpose of the category level is to give applicants a comprehensive overview of the open jobs in the various categories. The category level helps provide applicants with an efficient and user-friendly experience by giving them an overview of the open jobs by category.
Level: Job detail page
The job details page is the central and most important level in the JobShop. This is where applicants spend most of their time, as this is where they will find the most detailed and relevant information about a particular job.
This includes a detailed job description, requirements and qualifications, the profiling of the position, and the benefits and perks associated with the job. Furthermore, additional information such as insights into the daily work routine, introduction of the team or other relevant details can be displayed. The goal is to provide applicants with a comprehensive understanding of the position and help them make a decision.
On this page, applicants can also access the JobShop application form or Fast Application. They can submit their application directly from this page, which simplifies and speeds up the application process.
It is important to note that the Job Details page is not only accessible through the JobShop itself, but can also be linked to from third-party portals such as Google, LinkedIn, Indeed, Stepstone, etc. This increases the reach and applicants can access the detailed information of the job from different platforms.
Overall, the job details page plays a crucial role in the application process. It provides applicants with a comprehensive view of a specific job, makes it easy to apply, and serves as a one-stop shop for applicants from different platforms. It is crucial for your conversion rate.
Tracking:
- Tracking and analysis: By using these different levels, companies can better track and analyze visitor behavior. Analytics data such as page views, duration on the various modules, and actions taken can help you evaluate the success of your recruiting efforts and make optimizations where necessary.
