Request a content adjustment
For the perfect appearance of your career site, you need not only a meaningful job description, but also modern and appealing content. For this purpose, talentsconnect's JobShop provides you with many different content elements. If you would like to integrate a new content element or change an existing one, you can contact our Customer Support team at any time.
To ensure that your content is integrated exactly as you want it, we recommend that you use the following points to guide your content delivery:
Please send your request in writing to [email protected], so that we can refer to your wishes and requirements at any time during the implementation.
Please include the link to your JobShop in your request, so that we know exactly where something needs to be included.
Please also mention where exactly the change should be made. If it is a job or a category, please also send us the link to the corresponding page.
If you want to request a change in an existing content element, you can also send us a screenshot of it.
Please make sure that you send us any images already in the correct size. You can find the appropriate image dimensions for all content elements here.
If you provide us with text, please send it in a Word document. Always check the text for typos.
For the implementation of smaller changes we usually need about 1 working day. However, if the change needs to be live by a certain date, better plan on 48 hours to make sure everything is ready on time.
If there are any queries or agreements between you and the support team, please always reply directly to our mails so that the message history can be tracked afterwards.
