A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is your official WhatsApp profile, through which you communicate with potential applicants. The WABA includes:
Profile picture: Your company logo or an appealing image.
Phone number: A telephone number used to send/receive messages.
Industry: If applicable, otherwise "Other"
Short description (optional): A concise description of your company.
Business address (optional): The physical address of your company.
Email address (optional): A contact address for applicants.
Website links (optional): Links to your website and/or careers page.

What should you keep in mind beforehand?
Phone number and contact
A WABA is always linked to a phone number that applicants use to get in touch. This phone number is visible and should be available on a long-term basis. Applicants can call you directly on this number. If personal contact is not desired, it is advisable to set up an answering machine.
Multiple WABAs for different brands and countries
If you have multiple national subsidiaries or brand presences, it is advisable to register a separate WABA for each. This allows you to present a clear and professional profile in different countries and under different brands. Please discuss this with PitchYou in advance.
Managing the WABA
The WABA is managed exclusively through PitchYou in collaboration with 360Dialog (PitchYou's service provider). This means that you can only send messages via the PitchYou platform.
