General Introduction

This content module combines video and image, allowing you to give your company presentation in video format the right stage, for example. You can place it anywhere on the homepage of your JobShop.

Field NameDescription
[1] Internal Title (required)
This title is not displayed in the JobShop. The title is only visible to you and helps you organize, sort, and edit the various content modules.
[2] Show example
These images show the visual appearance of the content module as an example and serve as guidance and assistance for creating and editing such a content module.

[3] Heading (required)

When this content module is placed at the very top of your homepage, the heading is used as an H1 heading. Therefore, this heading should contain all important keywords (e.g. "Find your job at Company XYZ"). This ensures that your candidates as well as search engines can correctly categorize the content of your homepage and your JobShop.
[4] Body text
Also refer to the examples for the content module to better understand where this text is displayed.
[5] Background image (required)
  • The file size of the image should be as small as possible so that the page loading speed is not affected (<100kb).
  • A resolution of 1200 x 800 pixels is recommended.
  • After uploading, the image is automatically cropped to the size specified here. If the uploaded image has a higher resolution than specified here, you can still edit the image crop after uploading.

[6] Video
Select one of the following sources or platforms for your video. 

Possible options:

  • Youtube
    • Enter only the ID of your YouTube video. You can always find the ID of a YouTube video at the end of the video URL. To do this, copy the ID after "?v=" from the URL (example URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AU6TDuYeW7k). 
  • Vimeo
    • Enter only the ID of your Vimeo video. You can always find the ID of a Vimeo video at the end of the video URL. To do this, copy the ID after the "/" from the URL (example URL: https://vimeo.com/56282283). 
  • Watchado
    • Enter only the last part of the video URL of the Whatchado video. You can always find the part to be entered at the end of the video URL. To do this, copy the part after the last "/" from the URL (example URL: https://www.whatchado.com/de/stories/tim-kolbe).
  • Other source with link to the video
    • Enter the full URL to your video. The URL to be entered must always include the complete path to the video and end with a common video file format such as .mp4.


[7] Video position
The text content is displayed opposite based on the selected video position.
